Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with cryvon. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. If we experience a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 within the United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when your order total (before taxes and after any discounts) exceeds $50.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order will be selected based on your shipping address and the size/weight of your package.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
5. Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States, including:
- All 50 states and Washington, D.C.
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- P.O. Boxes (Standard Shipping only)
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the future.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@martquickly.store, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
cryvon is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your package is:
- Lost in transit: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue
- Damaged on arrival: Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund
- Stolen after delivery: We recommend filing a report with your local police department and contacting the carrier
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
